I'm Anna and I'm passionate about creating great places to work. I am on a mission to build people's confidence and competence to create great workplace cultures.

Background
I have worked across the private sector, in government and most recently in the humanitarian sector, with NGOs and UN agencies around the world. The red threads that run through my working and personal life are learning, seeking out new experiences and bringing groups of people together.
I’ve been a facilitator for over 16 years and have guided groups through a myriad of processes. There is something about the energy, vulnerability, and generosity that is possible when a diverse group of people comes together. When I am facilitating I am intentional about creating connection, bringing in appreciation, and ensuring people celebrate one another and their collective achievements.

​The work I do with individuals, teams, and organisations blends my experience as a humanitarian and facilitator, with my research in values and culture through my master’s degree in Digital Management and my learning through a Diploma of Positive Psychology and Wellbeing.
The catalyst for doing this work was seeing many passionate, super capable people in humanitarian organisations struggle in work cultures that didn’t support them. I witnessed more surviving than thriving and this inspired me to want to be part of the solution. I wanted to change that narrative by helping to transform cultures so people can love where they work.
