We spend a lot of time at work. When our places of work are kind and caring, we feel seen, heard, and valued for the unique skills we bring to our teams, which means we can be our best and get on with doing good work.
Caring and respectful workplaces help us to feel connected to purpose and one another and encourage us to be our authentic selves. We feel more able to share how we feel and what we think, which allows us to be more engaged and motivated. We can find more meaning in the work we do and feel like we are having an impact.

Values: Knowing our values and putting them into action provides a framework to navigate the world - from making decisions to holding ourselves and others accountable.
Appreciation: Appreciation makes us happier at work and we're more likely to stay in our job. Authentic, personalized appreciation is the secret sauce of thriving at work.
Connection: We're wired for connection. Finding ways for people to connect meaningfully increases collaboration, well-being, and performance and reduces burnout.
Kindness: A culture of kindness, consideration, and friendliness is good for everyone. When we receive acts of kindness, we pay it forward. And it’s good for business - kindness at work increases efficiency and productivity.
Purpose: We all need to feel like we are connected to a purpose. When we have meaning, we are doing work that contributes to something bigger than ourselves.
Celebration: Creating ways to mark both personal and professional milestones helps build a sense of belonging and contributes to a positive culture. It's also a lot of fun!!!

Connection is at the heart of everything I do. I believe we cannot do purposeful work without human connection. One of my superpowers is creating ways for people to have meaningful and generative conversations.

I believe that we can be better and work better when we are curious and collaborative. I love supporting groups to foster connections, share knowledge and ideas, build community, and bring the right people together.
Productive Play (Fun)
We spend so much of our time at work, so why not make it fun. I bring a sense of fun, play and some could say cheekiness into the way I work with others. I like to do great work but I don’t take myself too seriously.

I have a master’s in digital management from Hyper Island. I use tested design processes and technologies that help create and support meaningful connections and positive change in virtual gatherings.

One of my core values is kindness and it underpins the work that I do and the way I work and interact with others. I believe that we are all doing the best that we can and through kindness, we can find ways to do and be better.

My master’s thesis focused on what supports team connection and ways to create more kind and human workplaces. My work is based on research, and I prototype and test my products in real-world settings.
